Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide you to Fulfillment and Flow presents four steps to accessing our intuition and allowing our spirit to lead our lives. The four steps presented are; Waking up, Digging Deep, Taking the Leap, and Entering the Flow. There is also an additional chapter in between Digging Deep and Taking the Leap entitled Creating Your Personal Altar. This chapter shows us how to bring the Divine closer to us in our home. It shows us how to create a space that over time will automatically tune us into our spirit and intuition.
I loved this book and could not put it down. I got this book and read it in one day. I will be going back over it and reading it slower taking it step by step. This book touched me differently than the original. I think that I received this book at just the right time. I would recommend this book to fans of Sonia Choquette and anyone wanting to get closer to their spirit and intuition.

While reading Sonia Choquette’s new book, Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide You To Fulfillment and Flow, she reminded me that I had lost my kefi!
Choquette did it in a very effective way. It was kind of like a personal wake-up call.
She reminded me to start putting into practice what I’m learning about my intuition, which always provides me support when I need it.
Her powerful messages and personal stories made me sit up and ask myself a few important questions.
Have you ever done this:
- Attended an inspiring workshop?
- Pumped about what you learned?
- Prepared a logical action plan to carry out?
- Promised yourself this was different and you would practice most of what you learned?
- Returned home and done none of things you just experienced?
Yes … yeah, me too!
If you said no, you are one special person or you’ve never attended a great workshop before.
Choquette spells out in a concise and clear order, a four-step plan to “Let Your Intuition Guide You To Fulfillment and Flow“. It’s filled with all of that great stuff from those workshops I mentioned earlier, only better.
I call Choquette’s book a “walking workshop” – every practice you love right at your beck and call.
Before some bad personal choices or stressful situations strike, don’t find yourself slapping your forehead saying:
“Why didn’t I listen to Sonia … she had the exact exercises that I needed to get in touch with my spirit … if I would’ve turned on my inner light, I would have seen it coming … if I would’ve just done a few of the exercises that she recommended, I wouldn’t be in this place at this moment.”
Awaken your spirit, get your kefi back, honor your intuition and live life fully through Choquette’s recommendations in Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide You To Fulfillment and Flow.
I send you joy, love, blessings and wishes for a prosperous and abundant life!

My intuition led me to Sonia Choquette's new book, "Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide You to Fulfillment and Flow" - and I am happy I followed!
To begin with, Sonia is a really good teacher. She has a magnetic energy that comes through in her books and makes the reader feel connected and at ease. This book was put together in a way that is very easy to follow along with, almost like having a teacher right there beside of you. And that's really the whole point - we all have this powerful gift right there inside of us that will guide us into all things - if we will only take the time to tune in and to listen.
I like that Sonia teaches us the importance of how to relax and breathe, so that we can tune out all the mental noise and truly tune into our intuition. Sonia walks us through steps to let go of all the tension that might keep us from hearing our intuition. You would be amazed at how much tension you carry around and don't even realize until you consciously practice letting it all go.
I also liked that throughout the book the reader is encouraged to ask questions, to converse with our intuition. Sonia provides many thought provoking questions for the reader to get us started. And it is so interesting that when you ask the right questions, the answers just seem to pop right into your thoughts! Especially when you can really relax and let go, the way Sonia helps us to do. Maybe that is the reason we often don't hear or feel our inner guidance, because we are simply not asking the questions.
Sonia mentions "wake up calls" in her book, and I feel that is what our intuition is, its an ever present voice, stirring us from our sleep, calling to us, "this is the way, walk in it..." that voice can come in many different ways...it can come in an unmistakeable booming voice, or in a gentle, subtle voice...but it is always there, and the point is, we have to make the effort to tune in...and by using the plan outlined in Sonia's book, I think you can fine tune that connection to your intuition and let it guide you. And if you follow your intuition, rest assured the results are going to be fun and fulfilling. The Universe has your highest good in mind for you...let your intuition show you the way there!
